1. Getting Started

Logging In: Bank ID

  • You can log in to the 24 SJU – Smart Shopping app using your Bank ID.
  • On the app’s login screen, follow the prompts to securely login to your
    account.

 

2. Navigation

Finding and Navigating to Stores

  • In the app’s dashboard, you will find a ”Stores” menu.
  • Tap on it to find the nearest stores and browse through the available stores.
  • You can search for specific stores, view the distance to the store and navigate
    to your chosen store with your Map Application.

 

Opening the Store Door

  • When you’re really close to the store, go to the app’s dashboard and tap on the ’Door’ button. After you do that, a screen will pop up, and it will ask you to swipe a button that says ’Swipe to Open.’ Once you swipe that button, the
    store door will open, and you can go inside.

 

3. Shopping

Scanning and Adding Products to Cart

  • Navigate to the ”Scan” menu on the dashboard.  
  • Use your device’s camera to scan the barcode of a product you wish to purchase.
  • The app will identify the product and add it to your cart.

 

Weight Products: 

  • For Weight Products, Weigh the Products in the scaling machine that you wish to buy.
  • Scan the barcode that is generated from the Barcode Printer to add the products to the cart.

 

Purchasing Products from Vending Machine with Age Verification 

  • For Purchasing Products from Vending Machine, you can access the Vending Machine Menu in the Dashboard or in the Scan Page.
  • You can search for the products through the search bar. You can add the products to the cart and during checkout, you will need to verify your age through video streaming. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase
    securely.
  • You may also have to show your ID if required.

 

Applying Offers

  • For Scanning Products:

You can also find the offers available for a product in the Product Dialog that appears when you Scan a product to the cart.

  • For Vending Machine Products:

You can also find the offers available for a product in the Product Listing.

  • Offers Buton in the cart:

The app provides an ”Offers” button next to the product in the Cart, allowing you to review and apply Offer to the item.

Checking and Customizing the Cart 

  • To verify the products that is added to the cart, Click the Cart button from the Dashboard and from bottom menu in the Scan Page.
  • You can customize the quantity of the products that is added in the cart by clicking the (-) and (+) buttons next to the products.
  • If you wish to remove the product from the cart, Click the (X) button next to the product in the cart.
 
4. Checkout and History

Checking Out through Third-party Payment Gateway 

  • When you’re ready to complete your purchase, proceed to checkout.
  • The app offers a secure Swish payment method for processing your
    transactions.

 

Purchase Receipt 

  • Once the Transaction is successfully completed, you will get your purchase receipt with the particulars related to the purchase.

 

Viewing Purchase History

  •  You can track your past purchases by visiting the ”History” menu on the app’s dashboard.
  • This provides you with an overview of your shopping history for reference.
 
5. Collect Products from Vending Machine
  • If your Purchase includes products from the Vending Machine, after the Completion of Payment you will see a screen prompt that instructs you to
    collect the products from the Vending Machine.
  • Stand before the Vending Machine and click the “Collect Products” button that you see in the bottom of the prompt screen.
  • Once you click the button, the products that you have purchased from the vending machine will be dispensed.

 

6. Settings

The ”Settings” menu can be found in the Dashboard and Scan Page, the following are the actions that can be performed in the settings menu:

Viewing Profile Details 

  • Access your “Profile” through the ”Settings” menu.
  • Here, you can view your name, Sign in Type and personnummer (personal identification number).

 

Contacting Store Support 

  • In the ”Settings” section, you can find a ”Call Store Support” option.
  • This will connect you to the store’s customer support for any assistance you may need.

 

Accessing Help Resources 

  • Within the ”Settings” menu, you can access helpful resources through the “Help” section that provide guidance on app usage, troubleshooting, and frequently asked questions.

 

Sign out 

  • You can Sign out from your account using the “Sign out” button in the ”Settings” section
